Working Together for Better Outcomes.
We don't work in isolation. Our partners share our values, strengthen our provision and help us deliver the best possible outcomes for every young person at the academy.

Interested in Working With Us?
We're always open to partnerships that share our values and strengthen what we can offer our learners.
We're a specialist, innovative provider doing something genuinely different in the post-16 SEND space. Our work sits at the intersection of trauma recovery, equine-assisted learning and outdoor education, and we're actively looking to build relationships with organisations who share our belief that young people deserve better than the mainstream offers them.
Whether you work in equine education, outdoor learning, research, employment or wider SEND provision, if you think there's a meaningful way to work together we'd love to hear from you.

Partner FAQs.
Thinking about working with us? Here are the questions we hear most often from potential partners.
We work with organisations that complement and strengthen what we offer our learners. That includes equine and outdoor education bodies, research and advocacy organisations, training providers, employers and community businesses. What matters most to us is shared values and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for young people, not the size or sector of the organisation.
Every partnership is different. Some partners deliver qualifications or training directly to our learners. Others provide work experience placements, research collaboration or specialist expertise that enriches our provision. We're open to exploring what a partnership could look like based on what you do and where there's a genuine fit.
The safety and wellbeing of our learners is our absolute priority in everything we do. Before any partnership activity takes place, we work closely with the partner organisation to ensure the environment, approach and expectations are appropriate for our learners. All staff and partners who work with our young people are expected to understand and respect our trauma-informed approach.
Simply get in touch using the contact details below or by visiting our contact page. Tell us a little about your organisation and how you think you might be able to work with us and we'll take it from there. We're always happy to have an initial conversation with no commitment required on either side.
